URBAN APARTMENT UPGRADE
No. 27
Our very first project upon launching Surf Road in 2021, Project No. 27 is a 2-bedroom apartment in Portland’s East End neighborhood. The very posh tenants, a couple with roots in San Francisco and NYC, wanted a modern but cozy space to call home and entertain their friends. The project’s color palette features rich burnt oranges and a chartreuse velvet sofa, which, as it turns out, pair perfectly to create this uber cool and inviting aesthetic.
