In 2022, about a year after Surf Road’s official launch, we started taking on short term rental projects for owners who live “away” as we say here in Maine. This new construction home had all builder-grade finishes, no furniture and no pizzazz! We replaced light fixtures, added accent walls and furnished the entire 4 bedroom home over the course of a whirlwind 2 months. The result is a stunning mountain chalet with unparalleled views of Sunday River Ski Resort.
